Currently, architecture and design in Indonesia have changed along with the times and technology. Biznet collaborates with the best Indonesian Architects in creating comfortable spatial and building layouts in office area, because we believe the comfort of spaces and building will have a good impact to the users inside.
INDONESIAN ARCHITECTURAL DEVELOPMENT HIGHLIGHT
In general, architecture can be defined as a way to build a building solidly. As part of art, architecture is the art and science of building design that includes designing the entire environment, starting from the macro level, namely urban planning, urban design, landscape architecture, to the micro level, such as furniture and product design.
In Indonesia, the face of architecture has a long character and story, and it’s no wonder that many people are interested in studying this field, from traditional to modern architecture. One of the highlights of the journey of Indonesian architecture is the existence of traditional houses, which referred to as vernacular architecture. This architectural form can be seen in the typical Padang Gadang House, Javanese Joglo House and Papuan Honai House.
Indonesian architecture continues to experience changes with the inclusion of Hindu-Buddhist influences which lead to acculturation with local culture. In addition, the era of Dutch colonialization also had its own influence on the development of architecture and design in Indonesia.

Biznet Technovillage is a modern integrated business facility located 35 KM south of Jakarta which is used as a place for implementing Green Data Center. Being a Data Center Tier 3, Biznet Technovillage’s building concept elevates the concept of environmentally friendly Modern Industrial design.
Biznet Technovillage is equipped with modern facilities and technology while still caring for the environment, such as using recycled materials, wooden ornaments from recycled containers and a lighting system using LED lights that are brighter and more energy efficient.
Biznet collaborates with Andra Matin in creating designs and layouts that in line with current developments. In line with the Architect who always puts concern for the environment in every design, Biznet Technovillage has obtained Tier-III by Facility certification from the Uptime Institute where this certification ensures that the design and infrastructure are in accordance with global standards.

The new interior design concept was presented by Biznet at the MidPlaza 1 Building – 17th Floor, Jakarta. Carrying the Modern Contemporary concept, one of the working area in Biznet Head Quarter is complete with a comfortable, warm and intimate lounge area.
This simple and modern interior design features dual tone color, natural wood and a bit of black. A futuristic touch is also added to give the impression of tech in accordance with the background of a company that engaged in technology.
Along with Andra Matin, the new Biznet office area have several rooms that specifically designed with special functions, such as meetings room, lounges, and a day bed corner which can be a resting area for employees. The Architect also made several seating arrangement topology to add character to the room.
BIZNET TECHNOCENTER SURABAYA

Biznet is operating its newest office in one of the big cities in Indonesia, Surabaya. Biznet Technocenter Surabaya is a proof of Biznet’s commitment to expanding its coverage area and services in Surabaya, where Biznet has been present in this city since 2008.
Biznet Technocenter Surabaya consists of several rooms with complete facilities for Biznet employees, including a comfortable work area and lounge. The new office facility is expected to provide the best space for employees to continue working so they can provide the best services for all customers.
Biznet collaborated with Indonesian Architect Maria Rosantinda and Gregorius Yoladi from d-associates architect to realize the interior design concept of an office that can accommodate a variety of creative activities in it.
BIZNET TECHNOCENTER YOGYAKARTA JEFFERSON

A historic building whose name is taken from the name of the third American President, Thomas Jefferson, is located 130 meters to the west of the Yogyakarta historical monument, Tugu Putih. Built in 1965, the Jefferson Building was used as the US Congress Library in Indonesia and has changed its function several times.
In April 2019, Biznet acquired this historical building while maintaining the beauty of the old building. Proportionally increasing the building period was also done as well as possible so that the Jefferson Building could function properly as a Biznet Technocenter.
Collaborating with d-associates architect, the conservation of old building is carried out without destroying the beauty of this historic building.
“Restoring the original soul of the architecture and make it relevant for present and future, our main approach designing the building”, said Maria Rosantinda and Gregorius Yoladi from d-associates architect.
