BIZNET GLOBAL INTERNET
BIZNET GLOBAL INTERNET
TIER-1 INTERNET NETWORK IN INDONESIA
Since August 7, 2015, Biznet has been using its own Biznet Fiber for its main international routes, including Java, Bangka, Batam, and Singapore. This fiber has a capacity of n x 100 Gbps, providing a large capacity from Indonesia to all corners of the world.
This extensive global network allows Biznet to directly peer with several Tier-1 providers for faster access and shorter routes. Biznet’s goal is to offer the best Internet services, making digital activities more convenient with fast and reliable connections for downloading and uploading activities.

Biznet Multi Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) Network is a data-carrying mechanism that emulates some properties of a circuit-switched network over a packet-switched network. MPLS operates at an OSI Model layer that is generally considered to lie between traditional definitions of Layer 2 (data link layer) and Layer 3 (network layer), and is often referred to as a “Layer 2.5” protocol. It was designed to provide a unified data-carrying service for both circuit-based clients and packet-switching clients that provide a datagram service model. It can be used to carry many different kinds of traffic, including IP packets.
Biznet MPLS Network is available on all Biznet Global Internet and Biznet Fiber networks. Additionally, it can interconnect with other provider’s MPLS networks to extend network coverage globally.
PEERING WITH BIZNET
Biznet is actively peering in Australia, Asia, and Europe. We have an Open Peering policy for any ISP, Telco, Data Center, or Internet Exchange that wants to interconnect with our network.
Peering Policy
- Both parties must maintain a backbone network with adequate capacity to ensure the delivery of traffic within normal Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards.
- Consistent route announcements across all public and private interconnection points must be maintained by both parties.
- Both parties must make every reasonable effort to limit and control Denial of Service attacks and forged packets from within their network.
- Each party is only allowed to announce their own routes and those of their transit customers to the other party. Route leaking is prohibited, and will be filtered if detected.
- Using one another as a route of last resort, or otherwise sending traffic to the other party for a route not announced via Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) is prohibited.
- Biznet can provide an optional MD5 password for each BGP session (Optional).
- Domestic networks must interconnect at a minimum of two physically diverse peering points. International networks may interconnect at a single peering point.
- Both parties must maintain a Network Operations Center that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Advance notice of any planned maintenance, and immediate notice of any unplanned outages affecting any interconnection must be provided by both parties.
- Biznet reserves the right to decline any settlement-free peering request at any time, for any reason, and to modify this policy at any time, for any reason.
