Started with only less than 10 employees, Biznet has been growing significantly over the years. With strong background and experience in Information Technology industry, Adi has been successfully developing the company by not only focusing on Internet service, but also by developing Data Center, Cloud Computing and IPTV services.
Adi holds Bachelor Degree from Oregon State University, majoring in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering. Prior to Biznet’s President Director, Adi was working as a System Programmer at Software House International (www.shi.com), Somerset, New Jersey – USA, where he focused on Network Infrastructure, Web Programming and Enterprise Resource Planning.
During his study in the US, he holds several honors and awards, including Oregon State Award 2009 as the Council of Outstanding Early Career Engineers, Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) and Computer Associated Certified Unicenter TNG Administrator. He is also actively involved in many associations, local and international, by becoming the member of Institute of Industrial Engineering (IIE), APJII (Indonesian Association of Internet Service Providers), APITI (Association of Telephony Internet Providers), Mastel (Indonesia Telemathics Community) and HIPMI (Indonesian Young Enterpreneur Association).

I Putu Dedy Krisna Pramulia is the Biznet Vice President Territory East who is responsible for all operational activities at Biznet branch offices, especially in Eastern Indonesia. He focuses on planning, developing and implementing corporate strategies to increase sales and public awareness of the Biznet brand in various cities. His career at Biznet started in 2015 as a Project Engineer, which later on because of his achievements he was trusted to become a Network Operation Leader. He has also been trusted to lead Biznet branch offices in the Bali area as Branch Supervisor, and has also been promoted to Senior Manager Territory East.

Bagus Wicaksono started his career at Biznet in 2008 as Sales & Marketing Executive in Bali. Because of his achievements, Bagus was then trusted to lead several branch offices, especially in the Bali and East Java areas as Branch Manager in 2010. In 2015, Bagus was promoted as Senior Manager Territory East, who is responsible for all operational activities including Biznet’s sales and marketing activities in several cities in Bali, Java, Sulawesi as well as Flores islands. In 2024, Bagus was promoted as Vice President Project, and responsible for all Biznet network development in Indonesia.

Lenny Moniaga joined Biznet in 2003 as Customer Relation Manager and in 2017 she was promoted to hold a new responsibility as Vice President General Affair. Her responsibility is to lead General Affair, Human Capital, Legal and Training divisions , ensuring that all four divisions are operating in the most efficient manners and also to ensure that Biznet always delivers the best service to the customers.

I Gede Novadra Budiartha or who is often called Dede is trusted to serve as AVP Territory West, and has the responsibility to increase sales and also public awareness of the Biznet brand in the Western region of Indonesia, especially West Java, Sumatra and Kalimantan. Dede’s career journey at Biznet started in 2015 as Biznet Direct Sales in the Bali region, due to his expertise Dede was promoted to Senior Manager for the East Java region in 2022 and also the Sumatra region in 2023.

Roy Karunia Putra is the current AVP Service Delivery Biznet who has the responsibility to ensure that all customers can enjoy the best quality and service from Biznet. The Service Delivery Department itself consists of Network Operations, Business Operations & Logistics, and Customer Experience Divisions, all of which focus on quality of service for customers. Roy joined Biznet in 2019 as Creative Multimedia, where with his expertise in the IT field, in 2023 he was trusted to become Biznet’s ASM Information Technology.

Biznet Started Operation
Biznet began operation on 1 October 2000 as Broadband Internet Service Provider in MidPlaza Complex in Jakarta Central Business District (CBD).
2001
Biznet Launched Data Center Jakarta MidPlaza
Biznet launched Biznet Data Center – Jakarta MidPlaza, a Tier-2 Data Center facility with 700m 2 of raised floor space.
2002
Biznet Launched the Latest Laser and Wireless Technology
Biznet used Infrared Laser and Wireless technologies to connect 7 high rise buildings in Jakarta CBD.
2003
Biznet Launched Broadband for SMB
Biznet launched Broadband Internet service for Small and Medium Business (SMB) and residential users using ADSL technology.
2004
Biznet Announced GlobalPOP in Singapore
Biznet started GlobalPOP operation in Singapore, as a hub to the Global Internet.
2005
Biznet Launched the First Fiber Optic Network
Biznet built the first Fiber Optic Network in the Jakarta CBD – Sudirman area, using Metro Ethernet technology with a ring configuration.

Biznet Announced GlobalPOP in Tokyo
Biznet launched GlobalPOP in Tokyo and peer with Japan Internet Exchange (JPIX). Biznet expanded Biznet Fiber to reach more areas in Jakarta CBD area.

2007
Biznet Launched Fiber to the Home Technology (FTTH)
Biznet launched Biznet Fiber with Fiber To The Home (FTTH) technology, which was the first FTTH network in South East Asia.

2008
Biznet Launched Biznet InterCity
Biznet built a 300 KM Biznet InterCity network between Serang, Banten and Bandung, West Java to provide services in those areas.

2009
Biznet Announced Biznet Fiber Bali Network
Biznet expanded the Biznet Fiber to Bali with 30 KM of Fiber Optic route.

2010
Biznet Announced the Development of Biznet Technovillage
Biznet started Biznet Technovillage Project, a Tier 3 Data Center located in Cimanggis, West Java and launched Biznet Cloud service for enterprise market.

2011
Biznet Announced Biznet Venture
Biznet launched Biznet Ventures to incubate new startup company. Biznet expanded 2 new GlobalPOPs in Manila, Philippines and Sydney, Australia. Biznet started IPv6 Address allocation.

2012
Biznet Launched Biznet Studio
Biznet started Biznet Studio, a multimedia production facility to produce in-house contents. Biznet Technovillage started operation on 18 July 2012. Biznet launched Internet + Cable for residential and apartment users on 6 December 2012. Biznet Fiber Home network has reached 20,000 homepasses nationally.

2013
Biznet Launched Cloud Computing Service
Biznet launched Cloud Computing service for Small Medium Business (SMB). Internet + Cable TV was launched in Bali. Biznet Fiber Home network has reached 120,000 homepasses nationally.

2014
Biznet Coverage Expansion to Sumatra
Biznet expanded Biznet Fiber to Sumatra and opened new branch offices in Palembang, Jambi and Padang. Biznet Data Center Bali started operation on 10 April 2014. Biznet Fiber Home network has reached 200,000 homepasses nationally.

2015
Biznet Rebranding Announcement
Biznet opened more branch offices in West Java & Central Java. Biznet rebranded its logo and service name. Biznet continues expanding Biznet Fiber network nationwide. Biznet Fiber Java Bangka Batam Singapore started operation on 7 August 2015 with 2×100 Gbps capacity. Biznet Fiber Home network has reached 240,000 homepasses nationally.

2016
Biznet Network Expansion to Batam
Biznet expanded Biznet Fiber to Batam Island and more cities in Java Island. Biznet Fiber Java-Bali expanded from Semarang to Surabaya. Biznet Fiber Home network has reached 350,000 homepasses nationally.

2017
Biznet Coverage Expansion to More Cities in Java
Biznet expanded Biznet Fiber to Kudus and more cities in Java Island. Biznet Fiber Semarang – Surabaya route was completed. Biznet Fiber Home network has reached 450,000 homepasses nationally.

2018
Biznet Launched The New Biznet Fiber
Biznet expanded Biznet Fiber to Garut, Tasikmalaya, Cilacap and more cities in Java Island. Biznet Fiber Home network has reached 480,000 homepasses nationally.

2019
Biznet Coverage Expansion to Pontianak
Biznet expanded Biznet Fiber to Singaraja – Bali, Batu Aji – Batam and more cities in Java, Bali and Batam islands. Biznet expanded Biznet Fiber to Pontianak, Kalimantan. Biznet Fiber Home network has reached 500,000 homepasses nationally.

Biznet Launches Biznet IPTV and Primamedix
Biznet Officially launched Biznet IPTV service and expands Biznet Fiber network to Sulawesi by officially opened a new branch office in Manado. On 8 August 2020, Biznet launched a new company, Primamedix, a manufacturing company for health products for daily use and industry.

2021
Biznet Expands Network to More Areas/Cities in Indonesia
In 2021, Biznet continues expanding its network to more area/city in Indonesia, including Medan, Makassar, Labuan Bajo and Kupang City. Until 2021, Biznet has been available in more than 130 cities.

2022
Biznet Coverage Expansion to Sumatra Island
Biznet expands its network to 3 provinces in Sumatra Island, including Bandar Lampung to Aceh. Build Biznet Nusantara Cable System-1 (BNCS-1), which is connected from Anyer (Java) – Kalianda (Sumatra) and Sungsang (Sumatra) – Muntok (Bangka Belitung) for approximately 100 KM.

Biznet Cable Landing Station or Biznet MarinePOP, is the main gateway to connect islands in Indonesia and the world, making it possible to provide Internet and Data Communication services with large and fast capacity.
