The changes of Customer ID numbers have been announced to all customers by email sent on 8 May 2017.
Therefore, we would kindly ask for your kind cooperation to start making payment using the new Customer ID or new Virtual Account number as stated in the email that we've sent earlier. Please kindly be informed that all payments using previous Customer ID can no longer be processed by our system.
